Who we are
This website, jisrtechnology.com, is published by Jisr Technology, a software studio working with businesses in Algeria. Jisr Technology is responsible for the personal data you send us through the contact options described below.
We handle personal data in line with Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, as amended in 2025.
What this website does not do
- It has no server-side forms, database or user accounts. Nothing you type on this site is sent to us until you choose to send it yourself on WhatsApp or by email.
- It does not use advertising, profiling or tracking cookies, and it does not sell or share data with advertisers.
- It remembers your chosen language in your browser's local storage so the next visit opens in that language. This stays on your device.
What we collect
We only receive the information you decide to send us, by WhatsApp, email or phone. Depending on what you share, this can include:
- your name, and the name of your company or organisation;
- your city or wilaya;
- your email address and/or phone number;
- the details of your project: type, features, timeline, budget range and any message or files you attach.
The project builder on our contact page prepares this message in your browser. Your answers are kept in your browser's session storage so a page reload doesn't lose them, and are cleared when you close the tab. They are only sent when you press "Send on WhatsApp" or "Send by email" and then confirm in that app.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, discuss your project, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, deliver and support the project. We do not use it for unrelated marketing and we never sell it.
We process this data on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give when you tick the consent box in the project builder or when you contact us directly.
Services involved
When you contact us, your message travels through the service you choose. Their own privacy policies apply to that part of the journey:
- WhatsApp (operated by WhatsApp LLC, part of Meta) for messages sent on WhatsApp;
- Gmail (operated by Google) for messages sent to our email address;
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website and processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver it securely.
These providers and some of our team may be located outside Algeria. We only use them to communicate with you and keep the information to what is needed.
Audience statistics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit our pages. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and gives us aggregate figures only, such as page views and country.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and, if a project follows, for the duration of our working relationship. If no project follows, we delete them within 12 months of our last exchange. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under Law No. 18-07, you can at any time:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete it;
- object to its processing, or withdraw your consent.
To exercise these rights, write to us at jisrtechnology@gmail.com. We will reply as quickly as possible. You may also contact the national authority for the protection of personal data (ANPDP).
Security
This website is served over HTTPS only. Your messages are read only by the people handling your request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
