The challenge
Where things stood
Stock lived in one spreadsheet, invoices in another and payroll in a third. Every month-end meant reconciling them by hand. Managers waited days for figures, and nobody fully trusted them.
Our solution
What we built
A modular ERP built around how the business actually works. Stock movements update inventory as they happen. Invoices follow Algerian conventions, VAT included. Accounting entries post themselves from daily operations, and each role (director, accountant, warehouse, HR) sees exactly what it needs.
