The challenge
Where things stood
Cases were tracked in spreadsheets and email threads. Nobody could say quickly how much was overdue, which promises to pay had been broken, or what the next action on a file should be.
Our solution
What we built
Each debtor file becomes a case with a timeline: reminders sent, calls made, promises, payments and documents. A configurable workflow moves cases from a friendly reminder to formal notice and assigns tasks to agents. Aging and recovery reports update themselves.
